All Rates are net per room per night inclusive of breakfast, 10% Service Charge and applicable VAT

Extra Bed :

Baht 700.- net per bed per night inclusive of breakfast and applicable VAT

Extra Person :

Adult Baht 350.- net per person per night inclusive of breakfast and applicable VAT

Children Baht 250.- net per person per night inclusive of breakfast and applicable VAT

Maximum number of guests in each room type :

Studio Suite : 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years or 3 adults.

One Bedroom Suite : 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 3 adults.

Two Bedroom Suite : 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 6 adults.

Monthly Package Rates :

The above rates are subject to 7% Service Charge and applicable VAT per room per month, inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times change of linens per week.
Two months deposit and one month advance are required and to be paid prior to check-in.
Water and electricity charged :
- Water - Baht 30.- per unit plus applicable VAT
- Electricity - Baht 5.- per unit plus applicable VAT

Monthly Breakfast :

At Baht 6,500.- net inclusive of 10% Service Charge and applicable VAT

Monthly Laundry :

90 pieces at Baht 1,300.- plus applicable VAT per month
120 pieces at Baht 1,800.- plus applicable VAT per month
Additional piece will be charged at Baht 20.- plus applicable VAT.
