Monthly Rate :

• The above rates are subject to 8% Service Charge and applicable VAT per room per month, inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times change of linens per week.
• Two months deposit and one month advance are required and to be paid prior to check-in.
• Water and electricity charged :
  • Water - Baht 30.- per unit plus applicable VAT
  • Electricity - Baht 5.- per unit plus applicable VAT

Monthly Breakfast :

• At Baht 3,500.- net inclusive of 10% Service Charge and applicable VAT

Monthly Laundry :

Monthly Internet :

Airport Transfer :

• Suvarnabhumi Airport Transfer by Van – One Way Trip Baht 3,000
• Suvarnabhumi Airport Transfer by Car – One Way Trip Baht 2,500

Maximum number of guests in each room type :

• Studio Suite : 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years or 2 adults.
• One Bedroom Suite : 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 3 adults.
• Two Bedroom Suite : 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 6 adults.
